Holistic/Biomedical Evaluation

Family

Holistic medicine treats the whole person, body, mind, and spirit to reach optimal health. In holistic medicine a person can achieve optimal health by gaining proper balance in life. A person is made up of interdependent parts and if one part is not working properly, then everything will be affected. If someone has imbalances in their lives, it can negatively affect their overall health.

Biomedical Medicine takes into account the whole person, looking at all aspects of the person’s life and treats the underlying medical issues.  It is like putting the pieces of a puzzle together. Think of each symptom as a piece of the puzzle and when we can put all the pieces together we can solve the puzzle.
